High Season (June 15- September 15) $135.00 per room per night *
Shoulder Season (May 15 - June 15 and Sept. 15 - Oct. 31) $115.00 per room per night*
Cottage Rates (Saturday to Saturday)
High season (June 15 - September 15) $1200.00 per week for up to 8 people.*
Shoulder season (May 15 - June 15 and Sept. 15 - Oct. 31) $850.00 per week for up to 8 people*

Three day get-aways available during shoulder seasons - only $400.00*
Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the total rental is required at booking, and the rest upon arrival.
By mail: Cheque or Money Order, made out to Ian and Pam Rowe (See "Contact Us" for address)
OR by Internet Email Money Transfers.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received at least three months in advance - no charge.
- Cancellations less than three months in advance will forfeit the
deposit unless we are able to rebook.
