B&B Rates
High season (July 01 - August 25) $125.00 per room per night
Cottage Rates (Saturday to Saturday)
High season (July 02 - August 31) $1000.00 per week for up to 6 people.
Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the total rental is required at booking, and the rest upon arrival.
**We are unable to accept credit cards.**
By mail: Cheque or Money Order only, made out to Ian and Pam Rowe (See "Contact Us" for address)
We also accept Internet Email Money Transfers.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received at least three months in advance - no charge.
- Cancellations less than three months in advance will forfeit the
deposit unless we are able to rebook.
Provincial tax of 10% must be added to all stays.
