The cottage shares its site with the owner's house, and is surrounded with beautiful trees and expanses of lawn. On entering the front door you will be immediately struck by the openness of the architecture. The living/dining room/den and kitchen flow into each other, and enjoy the same beautiful pine floors. The den area has satellite TV, with DVD and VCR facilities.

A short hallway leads to the well appointed bathroom (with washer and dryer) and the two bedrooms. The rear bedroom has a queen size bed, with a changing room attached. A door leads outside to the patio, which has a table and six chairs, shaded by a large garden umbrella. The second bedroom has two single beds with a large closet. The den area has a sofa bed which will accommodate two people. . All linens, bedding and towels are supplied with the rental.

The kitchen comes completely equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave oven. A large inventory of plates, dishes, cutlery, and pots will enable you to cook as much or as little as you like. A door, off of the pantry area, leads outside where a propane gas barbeque is situated.

In the Spring of 2010, new thermo pane windows were installed throughout the cottage, and it is now fully air-conditioned.

Please note that we do not allow pets in the cottage.
